Jiangxi Huayao Electric Co, Ltd. is headquartered in the Shangbu Town Industrial Park, Luxi County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. WHAT WE DO

Huayao specializes in manufacturing glass insulators with a capacity of 40kN-550kN, catering to the demands of 10kV-500kV ultra-high voltage and extra-high voltage transmission and transformation lines.

We strictly comply with GB, ANSI, BS, DIN, AS, IEC standards, making our products suitable for power transmission lines and substations. Our insulators undergo rigorous type testing by Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Ceramic Testing Center, and other renowned quality inspection centers.

Customers are welcome to engage third-party inspectors such as Intertek, BV, SGS, etc., for a comprehensive inspection of our products.

With advanced manufacturing capabilities, Huayao operates an ultra-high voltage tempered glass insulator production line, utilizing world-class production and testing equipment from Germany and Italy. Our facility can produce over 6 million pieces of AC and DC glass insulators annually.

Our sophisticated production process includes automatic batching, uniform tempering, cold and hot impact, and homogenization treatments to ensure product quality. This meticulous attention to detail, from raw material selection to final inspection, ensures that our products meet the highest standards before leaving our factory.
