What products do we offer?

We specialize in glass insulators with a capacity of 40kN-550kN, suitable for 10kV-500kV ultra-high voltage and extra high voltage transmission and transformation lines. Our products comply with GB, ANSI, BS, DIN, AS, and IEC standard designs.

What is our production capacity?

Huayao has the capability to produce over 6 million pieces of AC and DC glass insulators annually. We have established an advanced production line with technology and equipment from Germany and Italy, including natural gas electric melting kilns and modern production lines.

How do we ensure quality control?

Quality is controlled from careful screening of raw materials to automatic batching and each step follows a strict technological process. Routine tensile load tests are conducted on each insulator to ensure quality, adhering to the highest standards and certifications.
